About Us

Protecting the Environment For Future Generations

Our Mission

Alter-Eco is proud to be based out of the East Coast of Canada. Our beautiful province surrounds us with its vast forest and the Atlantic Ocean, reminding us every day how important the environment is.

Diverting waste from landfills and oceans is our main priority, with an emphasis on educating the public on the products available to meet these goals.

We have a wide range of networks and capabilities to cater to these needs.

Our Vision

At Alter-Eco we are trying to facilitate change with the elimination of single use plastics by providing cost effective, eco-friendly alternatives.

Eco-friendly products are more durable. They can be reused; they are made with natural ingredients and are less resource-intensive. And, of course, they are safer for the environment, wildlife, and people.

We’re working to prevent plastics from becoming this generations fossils.

Our reusable, recyclable, compostable and biodegradable products include sugar cane bagasse, kraft paper, bamboo fiber, birchwood, and cornstarch.
